Alexandria, meaning helper of mankind, has a vast upbringing but claims Memphis as her hometown. She is a Cum-Laude graduate of the University of Memphis. Go Tigers! She is a self taught contortionist formerly known as Chocolate Pretzel. She can be seen in global advertisements and national campaigns. She believes in transforming her mess into her message which is why after battling anxiety Alexandria found strength in yoga. Shortly after, she chose to become a teacher. Her personal practice is to build confidence, community, reduce stress and anxiety by use of affirmations, breathe, postures, and increase flexibility for longevity of life.
