Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Alexandria began her Yoga & Pilates journey in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the transformative power of mindful movement. With college training, global experience, and a natural gift for connecting mind and body, she’s built a practice that blends technical precision with undeniable presence and grace.
Alexandria holds a 200-hour Yoga certification and an advanced 500-hour Pilates certification. Her classes are known for being empowering, intentional, and just challenging enough to remind you of your own potential. As a trained contortionist, she brings unique flexibility-focused techniques that help clients safely expand their range, build strength, and unlock confidence they didn’t know they had.
In 2020, her dedication and passion led her to creating her own self-love retreat, YAMs: Yoga and Mimosas, curating a unique experience of movement, music, and community.
