CP Circuit delivers a combination of strength, mobility, and endurance through three rounds of progressively challenging Pilates circuits. Each round incorporates specific equipment- such as Reformer, Springboard/Mat, and Chair-with varying props for specific upper body, lower body and core stations to keep your body moving. The class begins with a warm-up to get you ready, followed by three rounds of targeted exercises, three cardio bursts and finishes with a restorative cool-down to bring your body back to balance.
